Verance Licensing Process

Step 1:

Complete Inquiry Form via Verance Website

Verance will:

Send Questionnaire to Prospective Licensee

Step 2:

Return Completed Questionnaire

Verance will:

1. Review Completed Questionnaire and Confirm Eligibility

2. Deliver Non-Confidential Information Packet (includes: License Summary, Whitepapers, & Datasheets)

3. Deliver Appropriate License(s)

Step 3:

1. Review and Execute License(s)

2. Sign Two Copies and Return to Verance

Verance will:

1. Review and Countersign License(s)

2. Return One Fully Executed Copy

3. Prepare and Send Invoice for Associated Fees Corresponding to License(s)

Step 4:

Submit Invoice Payment

Verance will:
1. Confirm Invoice Payment

2. Provide Delivery/Receipt Instructions to Licensee's Designated Technical Contact

3. Prepare and Deliver Licensed Verance Products and Associated Documentation

Step 5:
Confirm Receipt of Licensed Verance Products via E-mail

Verance will:
1. Acknowledge Confirmation

2. Provide Support as Needed
